• Mortgage loan amount:

- No maximum limit

• Minimum 5 years:

- Maximum 20 years;

- Every full year in between 5-20 years.

• Handling fee: 2% of mortgage loan with minimum € 1,250 / GBP 1,000;

 Maximum LTV based on execution value:

- 90% : resident in Holland, Germany, Belgium and UK;

- 90% : other EU residents with reliable credit report;

- 75% : residents outside EU or EU residents without reliable credit report.

 Appraisal cost:

- Fixed amount of € 400 charged in advance;

- Appraisals done by Vakif Expertiz;

•Penalty in case of:

- Extra repayment exceeding 10% of outstanding balance;

- Early closure;

- Change of fixation period before the end of the period;

- UK : 2% of outstanding amount;

- NL: (offer rate – current rate remaining duration) *(Extra payment – Penalty free part) *

 Remaining fixation period.

• Legal cost:

- €350 or £350 when mortgage is paid before maturity;

- To cover the costs for releasing the mortgage.
